At home

We have been enjoying her so much at home. Of coarse all she does is eat sleep and poop. Cael is always trying to hold her or put a blanket on her. He loves to bug her already. She sleeps through his loud screaming and laughing.

Savanna has arrived!!

Savanna was born on Nov. 30 at 3:07pm. She was 7lbs 2oz and 19.5 inches long.

She was very happy and alert
Cael was excited to hold her and won't leave her alone.

Baby Shower

My good friends gave me a baby shower. We had a ton of fun and got a lot of fun things.

Nick's deer

So Nick got a deer this year because I really did not want him to get one. He went to Fillmore with Travis our friend from home, his brother, cousin, and dad. They hunted for 2 days in the rain and snow and didn't have much luck. Everyone left but Nick and his dad and they decided to go for a drive out in the fields. Nick wasn't prepared at all, but he had his gun. They were driving down the dirt road and they saw it running as fast as it could. So they followed it for a few miles going about 45mph. Then it jumped the fence and crossed right in front of the truck. He is very proud of this deer, it is the biggest he had ever shot. It is a 5x5.

Halloween

Cael was spiderman this year, he doesn't even know who spiderman is but loved the costume. When he put on the costume, he would go crazy and start to run around and fight. We took him to our wards trunk or treat and then around our neighborhood. He rode his scooter through the neighborhood. We had a lot of fun this year with him. We also went up to my dads halloween party that they have every year. If you can't see my costume is babies first Halloween. I have arms and legs hanging out of my shirt. It was pretty funny I wasn't in the mood to put much effort into a costume this year. Cael wanted me to be Jesse from Toy Story.

I went to witches night out with my step mom Debbie and all my sister in laws and Debbie's sisters. It is a lot of fun, we dance shop, and eat. This year they all made Tulle skirts and I was the only one who didn't have one. So an hour before we left we made one for me.

Lake Mead

It was our last trip out to lake mead this summer. Cael had been begging us to go fishing so we went out on a Friday afternoon thinking it would be to cold to swim but the water was great. Nick water skied we all swam. Cael loves to cast and real even if there isn't a fish on the end.

Portland

We went up to portland over Labor Day and for Nick's birthday this year. We had so much fun. Nick's aunt and uncle live up there so we stayed with them. We went swimming, hiking, up the coast to Cannon Beach, the guys went fishing on the river, and shopping. We had so much fun and loved being in the lush green trees. We had some really good weather and a little bit of rain. Cael played with his cousins Reese and Beck all week.

Temple Day

In August I took out my endowments at the Las Vegas temple. I have to great friends that went through with me. It was one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had.

It's a Girl!!!

For those of you who don't know we are having a girl. We are very excited to bring a princess up with crazy Cael. We are going to name her Savannah and Cael calls her Fanana and always wants to look at the baby by lifting up my shirt and poking my belly button. I think that he is excited. Now our challenge is getting him potty trained and into a big boy bed.

If I had a big enough backyard I would buy Cael a tramp, he loves to jump and would do it all day long. He had a blast with his cousins jumping with the sprinklers. It makes me miss Utah even more because it is to hot here in Henderson.

Cael was jumping with Caden and Sade with the sprinkler under the tramp and was having the time of his life. Him and Caden almost had a huge crash but didn't end up hitting into each other.

The Zoo.

I always try to make it to the zoo in the summer up in Utah. Cael loves to see the animals. He had a great time looking at the baby elephant and the monkeys. He could sit and watch the animals for a long time.

Utah fun!!

Right when Cael and I got off the plane we went straight up to Park City to play and have dinner. Cael rode every ride about 3 times and loved it. He also did the trampoline and was so amazing. Granted the girl was helping him get all of his air but he was doing backflips. I think that was his favorite of all.
These are Cael's two favorite people, his cousins Caden and Sade. He played with them none stop. They are so good with him.

Summer Fun!

A couple of our friends decided to go to the Children's Museum and check out what there was to do. Cael had a blast we were there all day long. Lots of bubbles and fun ball experiments. It was a good day to get out of the heat and enjoy our kids.

We went to an outdoor mall that has a fun splash pad and park, the kids had a blast but I think it was one of the hottest days of the year. The moms were dying of heat, but the kids didn't care one bit. Cael and Madison had a blast running around.

I love my little guy, he was scared of the fireworks at first then started to like them, they went for a long time so he got bored and after he said again. He was having a great time watching his cousins and the amazing fireworks that Fillmore puts on. It is by far the best firework show I have ever seen.
