Bath Time

I have never seen a child more excited about his bath time. When he hears that water go on he is on the move for the tub.

My crazy boy

Cael has been crawling for about 2 months now and as you can see he is a mess. He is into everything, hanging off whatever he can reach and pulling everything off the shelevs. I am in that stage of really getting nothing done until nap time and then you have to chose what is the most important thing to get done during that precious time. That is why I haven't updated our blog.

We have moved to our new house

this is us moving in Thanksgiving Day, we pulled it off and had dinner in our new home with mine and Nick's whole family.

Cael's 1st Lake Powell Trip

We went to Lake Powell with my family a few weeks ago and we had a blast. Cael loved every minute of it, except when it was time for bed. He loves the water, boat and the watching his aunt, uncle, grandma, and grandpa. It was so good to get back to my roots of Lake Powell, most of you know that it is my favorite place to go. I have been going since I was a little baby.

Life in a life Jacket

Cael doesn't seem to mind his life jacket when we put it on to put him in the water. He loves to float in the water at the lake. I think he thinks it is the tub.

The life of a funny boy

Today Nick and I were watching Cael jump up and down in his saucer, he started getting fussy so I picked him up and his back was mushy. So I took him in his room to change him and he had pooped all the way up his back to his hair. You gotta love a boy who doesn't poop for 4 days and then lets it rip. I am sure you all have experienced this once or twice. So we cleaned him up.

3 weeks apart

Houston is 3 weeks older than Cael. We love having them so close together.

Filmore, Utah

We recently went to Filmore, Ut where Nick's family are from, we road fourwheelers, went up the canyon for a BBQ, and had some great family time.

Introducing the world to Cael!!

3 weeks after Cael was born we had him out hiking at Red Rock Canyon hear in Henderson NV, at 4 weeks he had his first camping trip at Lake Mead with Nick's family, and at 5 weeks he had his second camping trip to Lake Mead with some friends. We have been having so much fun talking him out and introducing to the things that Nick and I love to do. Cael has loved going out on the boat and hiking in the mountains.

As most of you know we had our first little boy on March 4th. He was 7lbs 8oz and 22inches long. He is growing like a weed and is now 13 lbs. It has been a challenging 2 1/2 months but so worth it.
